Shipping Policy

At Glow It Up, we understand the importance of receiving your cosmetics and perfumes in a timely manner. We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Our standard shipping times range between 4-5 days for domestic orders. Please note international shipping may take longer due to customs procedures and other variables.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Glow It Up. If for any reason you receive a damaged item due to circumstances beyond your control, we are happy to process a return for you. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item and provide photographs as proof of the damage. Upon review and approval, we will initiate the return process for the damaged item.

Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging and unused when initiating a return. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement accordingly.
